Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Custom or personalized orders may take longer to process.

Domestic Shipping (Hungary)

Shipping Rates: Free shipping within Hungary.

Delivery Time: Standard delivery usually takes 3-5 business days.

Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost. Delivery times for expedited shipping range from 1-3 business days.

EU Shipping

Shipping Rates: Free shipping on orders over €100 within the EU. Standard shipping rates apply to orders below this amount.

Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times vary based on your location. Standard EU delivery usually takes 3-10 business days, depending on the destination country.

Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost. Delivery times for expedited shipping range from 1-3 business days.

For EU customers, no additional customs duties or taxes apply, as we collect the necessary sales taxes at the point of purchase.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the EU. We aim to expand our shipping internationally in the future.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment.

2. Returns Policy

Return Eligibility

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of receipt. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the original condition, and in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as final sale

Return Process

  1. Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@zulfisiyah.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
  2. Prepare Your Return: Pack the items securely in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly mark the return authorization number on the outside of the package.
  3. Ship Your Return: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed. Please allow us 14 working days for the refund to be processed.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.
