These differences are not considered defects but rather unique characteristics that enhance the individuality and charm of each item. Natural elements like flowers and leaves can vary in hue and shape, and handcrafted techniques may result in minor variations.

You are responsible for ensuring that any jewelry purchased from us does not come into contact with water, perfumes, creams, oils, or other substances that may cause damage. Over time, gemstones or precious metals in jewelry may change in color or clarity. This is a natural process and not considered a defect.

Jewelry is delicate and often made with precious metals and stones. Pieces may break if mishandled or not properly cared for. Refunds will not be provided for items damaged due to improper handling or inadequate packaging during returns.

Normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault. Jewelry is precious and requires proper care to maintain its appearance.

Manufacturing faults do not include:

• Broken chains.

However, we are not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as delays caused by carriers or customs clearance.

For EU customers, no additional customs duties or taxes apply, as we collect the necessary sales taxes at the point of purchase.

• The item must be returned in its original condition, unused and undamaged.
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• Custom or personalized orders, earrings (for hygiene reasons), and final sale items are not eligible for returns.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details. Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment as the original purchase. Please allow us 14 working days for the refund to be processed.
